Shun and Japanese. Good evening, everyone. I'm Shun, a Japanese teacher. How was your day today, everyone? How was your weekend? Well, Chile is hot, isn't it? Since Chile is a really long country, the climate and weather are completely different depending on where you are. Well, right now I'm in a small town near the city of Concepción in Chile. Summer weather is really hot and dry. Well, the dryness is nice. I really hate humid summers. But the temperature is really high. It's as hot as Japan. Yeah, it gets to about 35 degrees. Maybe the sunlight feels stronger than in Japan. So I have to apply sunscreen every day. I love this hot weather. Well, but sometimes it's too hot inside the house, so that's not very comfortable. The weather here is a bit interesting. It's really hot during the day. But it gets cool at night. It drops to about ten degrees, summer? That's not summer. There's also wind, so it's a bit cold. Well, so when I go out to the garden at night, I need a sweater. Hmm, this is also a bit different from summer in Japan. Yes. In Japan, summer is humid and hot even at night. No, that's really the worst. Yes. Yeah. I can't sleep without air conditioning. That's right. Well, there's air conditioning in my house in Chile too, but of course I don't sleep with it on at night. Blankets are necessary. Even in summer, it's a bit cold at night. It's really interesting how the climate differs so much from country to country. Well, on hot afternoons here, I don't really do anything in particular. Everyone is too hot, so they don't want to go outside. And then, well... Well, here I swim in the pool or go to the gym during the day. At night, I go to a place nearby where I can do a sport called paddleboarding. The night weather is really the best, so it feels great to go outside. How is the summer weather in your country? Is it a comfortable summer? Is it too hot? If you'd like, let me know in the YouTube comments before you go to sleep. Well then, everyone, see you in the next episode. See you later! Good night.
