Shun and Japanese. Good evening, everyone. I'm Shun, a Japanese teacher. Now, everyone, what kind of day was it today? How was your weekend? It is raining here now. It's raining a lot, isn't it? Listening to the sound of rain is very relaxing, isn't it? But New Zealand's weather is a bit interesting and strange. Even when the weather forecast says it will rain, it often turns out sunny. So I don't really trust the weather forecast here. Even when the forecast says rain, we go on road trips. Well, it's mostly sunny anyway. Of course I prefer sunny days, but sometimes I like rainy days too. On rainy days, I like to stay indoors and play board games with friends or make podcasts like this one. Since it's raining for the first time in a while, I can relax and do various things at home, so yes, it's really fun. Do you all like rainy days? Japan has a rainy season. Yeah, I kind of like and dislike the rainy season weather in Japan. Um, during the rainy season, it rains almost every day and humidity is high, so it's muggy. The rainy season in Japan is my least favorite season. Yes. New Zealand has good weather all year round. Yeah, winter is also nice. It gets cold, but there are many sunny days, and the air is very clean and nice. But winter days are short, so we can't play outside much. Ah, but I, um, was surprised when I was in Finland. I went to Finland that winter. In winter, Finland was dark almost all day long. I went to a country like this for the first time. At first it was interesting, but after staying for two months, it was a bit tough because it was always dark outside. Since I could hardly do anything outside, I stayed home all the time. Well, but summer is the opposite. It hardly gets dark all day long. So even at ten o'clock at night, I could go out and play with friends. It really felt like it wasn't ten o'clock even at ten. But, um, since it didn't get dark, it was hard to sleep at night. Um, what is the climate like in your city? What kind of weather do you like? If you like, please let me know in the YouTube comments before you go to sleep. Then, please take a good rest tonight too. Good night.
