Shun and Japanese. Good evening, everyone. I'm Shun, a Japanese teacher. Today is the sixth episode of Goodnight Shun and Japanese. Everyone, how was your day today? How was your week? Actually, my best friend left Queenstown. I was sad. When I had time, I was always with them. We did many things together, and we have a lot of memories. They wanted to travel around New Zealand more, so they started their trip. They seem very happy now. Because they have a lot of free time now. I'm a little envious. I wanted to go with them too. They are positive and optimistic, so it was always fun being with them. Well, it can't be helped. Now, daily life in Queenstown is also enjoyable, so I think I'll stay here a little longer. But I think I'll see them again in New Zealand. Also, this weekend I went to a town called Wanaka with my friends. Wanaka is an hour away from Queenstown. This time I took both Saturday and Sunday off and went. No, it was really good, wasn't it? For the first time in a while, I was able to travel for two days without thinking about work. It was fun, wasn't it? My Japanese friend also lives in Wanaka. I met him and we had a barbecue together. The weather was good too, so it felt great, didn't it? We grilled and ate hamburgers, chicken, and mushrooms. We also drank beer and wine. After that, I played pool with my friend at the hostel we were staying at. Oh, the hostel was really great too. The common space was spacious, the kitchen was clean, and we had the room to ourselves, so it was the best. There was also a guitar, so I played it too. Then I played Monopoly with my friend for a while. I had never been to a bar in Wanaka, so I thought I'd go. Since Wanaka is a small town, I thought there would be no people at the bars. But all the bars were full. There were many bars that looked good. Especially the sports bar in Wanaka looked really good. But they were all full, so we couldn't get into any of them. I was a little surprised. It is currently Level 2, so only up to 100 people can enter a bar. So we went back to the hostel and played table tennis while drinking beer at the hostel. The next day it was raining, so we couldn't do much. We went to a café for breakfast and then went to do archery for the first time. Well, it was difficult, but once you get used to it, it's fun. How about that? Have you ever tried archery? That's right. After this, we ate lunch and returned to Queenstown. Well, that was my weekend this week. It was a really good weekend. After coming home, I watched Netflix and relaxed the whole time. Did you travel? How was it? If you like, please let me know in the YouTube comments before you go to bed. italkiで日本語のクラスもしています。 I also offer Japanese classes on iTalki. Well then, let's meet again on the next podcast. See you later. Good night.
